About SriYantra

We're not a fund.
We're the structured-finance bridge to India's next generation of schools.

SriYantra Education Catalysts exists because India's premium-school market is starved of capital while India's capital is starved of long-duration, real-asset opportunities aligned with national development. We connect the two — through a clean four-layer model that puts operators, brands, growth capital, and real-estate capital into a single investable project.

Our Mission

Catalyse 50,000 premium schools by 2047.

India needs 50,000 more premium K-12 schools (a SriYantra estimate, to 2047) to meet the demand of its prosperous, aspirational middle class. The constraint is not demand — it's the integration of capital, real estate, brand, and operator.

We are the integrator. Every SriYantra-catalysed school is a 25-year cash-flowing asset, a high-quality educational institution, and a piece of India's developmental infrastructure.

Our Vision

A new asset class. A generational compounding.

We see schools the way Blackstone sees logistics, the way KKR sees data centres — as a structured, institutional-grade real-asset category with a 25-year development runway.

Our vision is to make premium K-12 school infrastructure the most reliable yield-bearing real-asset class in India by 2030, with SriYantra as the structural backbone.

Our Story

How we got here.

A decade of separate signals from real estate, education, and capital markets converged into one thesis.

2014 — 2019

The signals arrive separately.

Our founders worked across three industries — wealth management, school operations, and real estate — and watched the same pattern emerge from different angles. HNIs increasingly looking for inflation-protected, real-asset yield. Premium schools turning away applicants by the hundreds. Land in metros compounding faster than any financial asset.

2020 — 2022

The pandemic clarifies the thesis.

When Indian parents could no longer afford to send children abroad, demand for premium domestic schools tripled overnight. NEP 2020 was passed, ratifying a generation of pedagogical shift. The "education infrastructure" line item appeared on family-office allocation models for the first time.

2023 — 2024

The model is structured.

Before incorporation, the founders iterate the four-layer SriYantra capital stack — PropCo + OpCo + Brand + Operator — with each layer holding the risk and return it is best suited to bear. This pre-incorporation work is the founders' own, carried out across their prior roles.

Our Approach

How we structure a project.

Three phases. One repeatable methodology. Every SriYantra project follows the same disciplined path from site selection to handover.

01

Site & Sponsor

We identify the right catchment — premium-demand corridor, supportive zoning, scarce comparable supply — and the right anchor sponsor: a real-estate investor, family office, or CSR-mandated corporate.

02

Structure & Stack

We assemble the four-layer capital stack. PropCo for land and infrastructure. OpCo for working capital. A vetted education brand for pedagogy. A capable operator for execution. Term sheets, lease terms, brand agreements, all aligned.

03

Build & Handover

We oversee build to NEP-aligned spec, brand setup, faculty recruitment, and admissions ramp. By Year 3, the school is at steady-state enrolment. By Year 5, we exit operational oversight — the asset is self-sustaining.

What We Stand For

Four non-negotiables.

These aren't slogans. They're the filters we use when we say no to a project — which we do, often.

01 / Principle

Operators, not middlemen.

We invest alongside every project. If we're not willing to put our own time, reputation, and capital into a deal, we don't structure it for others.

02 / Principle

Investment-grade discipline.

Every project gets the same diligence as a ₹500-Cr institutional deal — even at ₹25-Cr ticket size. Land title, demand modelling, sensitivity stress-tests, the works.

03 / Principle

Education first.

A school that doesn't graduate well-educated children is a failed investment, period. Returns follow educational outcomes — never the reverse.

04 / Principle

Long duration.

We structure for 25-year holds, not 3-year flips. We structure for family offices, sovereigns, and patient HNIs — people who think generationally about both capital and country.

Leadership

Operators, not middlemen.
One table.

Each partner has lived through full cycles in their domain — capital markets, education, and strategic advisory — and chose to come together because this thesis sits at their intersection.
